You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an email.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will reimburse you for all payments you have made up to that point, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the agreement to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For all items purchased on our webshop, the statutory warranty applies. Statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly exchange an item for another item. If you would like to receive a different color, size, or an entirely different item, we recommend placing a new order for it and returning the item that is not to your satisfaction.

I chose Klarna as the payment method. Do I have to pay my invoice when I return my item(s)?

You do not need to pay the full Klarna invoice when you return (part of) your order. To avoid extra costs, it is important to register your return via the Klarna app. This can also be done by contacting them by phone or chat. Klarna will then pause the invoice for you until your return is processed by us.

Once your return has been processed and you have received a return confirmation, the Klarna invoice will also be adjusted. You will receive the adjusted invoice within 24 hours after your return has been processed.

Please note! Even if you return your entire order, you will receive an adjusted invoice with an outstanding amount of €? for the shipping costs.

How can I return my item(s)?

The following returns will not be reimbursed:
- Returns that have been sent incorrectly and are not received by us.
- Items that have been modified.

Netherlands: Follow the steps below for proper processing of your return.
Step 1: Place the items you want to return along with the packing slip form back in the box. If you do not include the packing slip form, unfortunately, your return cannot be processed.

Step 2: Stick the return label on the top of the box. Make sure no other addresses are visible to avoid confusion for the carrier.

Step 3: Drop off the box at a PostNL location near you.

Step 4: Keep the track and trace code you receive at the counter when you hand over the package.
